1. General
Welcome to Sunny’s Flower Farm. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.sunnysflowerfarm.com.au), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Products and Availability
All our flowers and products are grown seasonally, which means availability will vary throughout the year. We do our best to ensure all listings are accurate, but some flower varieties may be substituted depending on what’s fresh and in season.
We always aim to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and quality.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our secure online checkout.
Prices may change without notice due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, and supply costs.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver to Yarrawonga, Mulwala, Bundalong, and surrounding areas.
We deliver Mon-Sat, unless otherwise arranged.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, your flowers will be left in a safe, shaded place. We are not responsible for loss or damage once the delivery has been made.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer may result in delays or failed deliveries.
5. Farm Pick-Up
Customers may select the Farm Pick-Up option at checkout.
We will confirm collection times via email or text. Please collect your order promptly to ensure flower freshness.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once your order has been prepared or delivered.
If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Bloom Club Subscriptions
Bloom Club subscriptions are billed at the frequency selected (monthly or fortnightly).
Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice before your next delivery date.
If you are gifting a subscription, please ensure the recipient’s delivery details are correct before purchase.
8. Weddings and Events
All wedding and event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the event.
Any changes to flower choices or colours must be confirmed at least four weeks prior to the event date.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Sunny’s Flower Farm and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during checkout or enquiries is used only for order processing and communication.
